1) PRICING CURRENCY
Prices for all items are quoted in MALAYSIAN RINGGIT (MYR).

2) FOR LOCAL ORDERS
PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept the following payment options:-
1) Payment via DIRECT BANK TRANSFER into our MAYBANK BERHAD ACCOUNT. Bank transfers can be made at any Maybank Cash Deposit Teller Machine or via fund transfer using your Online Banking System such as Maybank2U, CIMB Clicks, etc.
2) Payment via PAYPAL. Payment can be made via fund transfer using PayPal Send Money facility or using your Master/Visa credit card. Your order will be billed separately and an extra 3.5%+RM2 fee will be incurred.
Payment must be made within 3 DAYS from the submission of order. Payment which is not received within the given time frame will result in cancellation of order and release of the ordered items.
Please e-mail your proof of payment to sales@miabambina.com with details of your name, contact number and bank transaction reference number.
SHIPPING RATE
FLAT shipping rate of MYR8 to ANYWHERE in Malaysia via Pos Laju or other courier service for items weighing up to 1KG.
FREE shipping on orders over MYR250 to ANYWHERE in Malaysia via Pos Laju or other courier service for items weighing up to 1KG. Free shipping does not apply during sales period.
SHIPPING FREQUENCY
All orders will be shipped out within THREE working days from the day payment is made.
LOCAL PICKUPS
We offer local orders pickup in PUTRAJAYA and on SATURDAYs only. Customers will be advised on the venue and time. Any changes will be notified in advance.

International orders will be sent via POS MALAYSIA's REGISTERED MAIL. A separate invoice will be sent with the new shipping rate. We will not be responsible for any loss during shipment.

4) RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We will do our best to make all of our customers happy. If you wish to return the items (applicable for nursing bras and cloth diapers ONLY) ,it must be in original packet, not used, not washed, not soiled, or damaged. And must be return within 7 days after day of purchase with pos laju or courier service.The return will be made in a form of STORE CREDIT for you next purchase base on the price paid.Shipping fee is not returnable.
